According to the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), a ferrous metal material is designated as carbon steel when its core composition contains no more than 1.65% manganese, 0.60% silicon, and 0.60% copper, and when no minimum content of other alloying elements is specified.

1.Observe in detail whether there is folding on the surface of the steel pipe. If there are many different broken lines on the surface of the steel pipe, it means that the product is inferior. 2.Observe in detail whether there is a pockmark on the surface of the steel pipe. If there is a pockmark on the surface of the steel pipe, it represents that the product belongs to the inferior product. The reason why the steel pipe surface is pockmarked is generally because the rolling groove is worn too seriously, resulting in irregular problems on the steel pipe surface.
 

3.Observe in detail whether there is a crack on the surface of the steel pipe. If there is a crack on the surface of the steel pipe, it represents that the product belongs to the inferior product. The reason why cracks appear on the surface of steel pipe. Generally because the manufacturer used adobe in the production of steel pipe, and the pores of adobe are generally more, and in the cooling process is prone to cracking phenomenon, when it is rolled, it will naturally leave cracks.

4.Observe whether there is a scratch on the surface of the steel pipe in detail. If the manufacturer's social production equipment is very simple, it is easy to appear burr, scratch the surface of the steel pipe. If the surface of the steel pipe is deeply scratched, it will lead to the reduction of the strength of the steel pipe, affecting the service performance and service life of the steel pipe.
