Galvanized steel pipe is steel covered with a layer of zinc metal. During the galvanizing process, the steel is immersed in a bath of molten zinc to ensure a firm, uniform isolation coating. The galvanized pipe is covered with zinc material, which makes the pipe more corrosion resistant.
