Alloy steel pipe fittings and flanges of new order will be deliveried
Our Vietnam customer placed an order about alloy steel pipe fittings and flanges last month. Now the production has been finished and booked the shipment on 18th Nov. Now China has entered the heat season, the government environmental protection controlling is being strictly more and more. However, our factory would be not influenced because we are Environmental protection standard enterprise.The material of alloy steel pipe fittings and flanges.
In this order all material is alloy steel that used for low temperature environment situation. The pipe fittings is ASTM A420 WPL6 and flanges is ASTM A350 LF2, they are all American standard material commonly used for low temperature pipe lines. ASTM A420 WPL6 is mainly used for seamless butt weld pipe fitting generally apply to -45℃. And ASTM A350 LF is a kind of cold forging steel mainly used for forged flanges and other forged fittings. At present China has entered heat season the government environmental protection controlling situation is being more strictly than other seasons. The government requested the industrial enterprises that don’t have environmental protection certificate stop production and the factories have environmental protection certificate reduce production. Our company as a environmental protection certificated factory, the production schedule influenced small. We are trying our best to guarantee all cargos deliveried as contract. That is why the alloy steel pipe fittings and flanges can be deliveried on time successfully.
