Processing technology of Stamping elbow

Stamping elbow processing is the use of conventional or special stamping equipment power, make the sheet in the mold directly under the deformation force and deformation, so as to obtain a certain shape, size and performance of the product parts of the production technology. Sheet, mold and equipment are the three elements of stamping processing. Stamping process is a kind of metal cold deformation processing method. So, called cold stamping or sheet stamping, for short stamping. It is one of the main methods of metal plastic processing (or pressure processing), and also belongs to material forming engineering technology.

3.Stamping accommodates a broad range of part sizes and complex shapes, from small components like watch parts to large structures such as car longitudinal beams. Additionally, the cold deformation hardening effect during stamping enhances the strength and rigidity of the parts.
 
4.The use of dies ensures precise size and shape accuracy without compromising surface quality, leading to stable quality, good interchangeability, and consistent characteristics of stamped parts. Moreover, dies generally have a long lifespan, contributing to the stability and reliability of the stamping process.
 
5.The formation process of stamped elbows is intricate, involving welding based on various materials and applications, and gradual shaping under specific pressure. Strict adherence to the prescribed process is crucial to ensure the desired quality of the stamped elbows. A circular ring shell can be divided into 4 90° elbows, 6 60° elbows, or other custom sizes as required.
 
The die used for stamping is called stamping die, stamping die is a special tool for the bulk processing of materials (metal or non-metallic) into the required punching parts. Stamping die is very important, there is no stamping die, batch stamping production is difficult; no advanced stamping die, advanced punching technology can not be achieved. Stamping Process and die, stamping equipment and stamping materials constitute the three elements of stamping processing, only they can be combined to obtain stamping parts.
Compared with other methods of machining and plastic processing, stamping processing has many unique advantages in both technical and economic aspects.

The main performance is as follows:
1. Stamping processing of high production efficiency, it is easy to operate and is easy to realize mechanization and automation. This is because stamping is to die and stamping equipment to complete the processing, the ordinary press of the stroke of up to dozens of times per minute, high-speed pressure can be up to hundreds of times per minute or even more than thousand,   and each punching stroke is likely to get a punching piece.
2. Stamping is not generally produced by cutting debris, material consumption is less, and no other heating equipment, it is a kind of saving materials, energy-efficient processing methods, stamping parts of lower cost.

3. Stamping can be processed out of a larger size range, the shape of more complex parts, such as small to watch the stopwatch, large to the car longitudinal beam, covering, and so on, coupled with the stamping material cold deformation hardening effect, stamping strength and stiffness are higher.
4. Stamping as a result of the mold to ensure the size and shape accuracy, and generally do not damage the stamping parts of the surface quality, and mold life is generally longer, so the quality of stamping stability, interchangeability good, with "identical" characteristics.
