New customer placed an order about pipe fittings and flanges

Today is a very important day for us. Beijing Metleader Pipeline Technology Inc. received one new order about pipe fittings and flanges from new customer after making the effort to discuss all details with the customer. It is very important beginning for us because the market of this customer is a new market for us, hope exploring more and more market in the future.
This customer is from Algeria, new market for us. This client purchased carbon steel pipe fittings and flanges from us, which is a very good beginning for us. It is really difficult to get this order because the client just gave very low price even only the cost of raw material. Our technologists through making the effort to improve the production processing to reduce the cost finally we met the customer’s request no matter about the prices but also about the quality. We gained many through this order, new customer and new production experience although this processing is not easy.

Wall thickness: SCH40, STD, and XS.
The size: 4” to 18”
Surface treatment: black painting.
The standard: ANSI B16.9

The material: ASTM A105.
Pressure: Class 150, class 300, and class 600.
The size: 4” to 18”
Surface treatment: anti-rust oil.
The standard: ANSI B16.5.


Carbon steel pipe fittings mainly include carbon steel elbow, carbon steel tee, carbon steel tee, carbon steel reducer, carbon steel sealing head (pipe cap), etc.The main implementation standards include ANSI B16.9, DIN and JIS 2311/2312/2313/2314 etc. They are all pipe connections generally used for connections of pipes.
Carbon steel flange is actually one type of pipe connection. The material is carbon steel and production processing is forged. The quality of forged flange is more better than other manufacturing method which can take more higher pressure. The using time is also more longer than other types. Generally if the pipe line request high pressure we usually recommend client to choose forged flange.
